This info is always here, so Ms. Wamba made
it pink :)
In language arts, we will be focusing on reading and writing
(obviously), with the goal of bringing some specificity
into both of those subjects. (What a great word, specificity. It is
a noun that means "the quality of being detailed or exact.") In
other words, I want students to learn to truly explain their
thoughts, so that others might understand why they think what they
do. I don't care what you think, as long as you can explain to me
(with examples and details!) why you think
it!

Tab: Electronic copies of things we use in class. If
you don't see something you need, just ask!
Events Tab: Due dates
for assignments
Grades Tab: Link to
Skyward Family Access (you will need a password for this; please
contact the main office if you do not have one)
Homework Tab: A running
commentary of what we do each day in class. Please note, there
is not always homework per se, but I want to be sure people
understand what we're doing on a daily basis. For due dates,
please see Events Tab.
Links Tab: Links to
grammar and punctuation practice, as well as the OSPI (Office of
the Superintendant of Public Instruction) website. I do check these
occasionally, but if you notice a bad link, please let me
know!
