We are learning about Color

We are studying Camera Angles , Light/Shadow, Filling the Frame,
Rule of Thirds, Stop-action animation, Shooting ink in water, Pet
photography, group photography, trick photography, and Line.

Video Production
Class
We did
a study on Storyboards and Stop-Action Animation. Currently, we are
learning camera angles and are gearing up for a movie short.
We completed a trailer for the movie and started filming.
Super fun.
Fashion
Design
We learned about
draping, jazzed up shoes, and now are using a hot knife - learning
about dazzling!
We will be drawing Zentangled designs to prepare use for batik and
designing our own fabric.
Super fun.

Magic Treehouse
Activities
Grade 3-5 is working
on the activities and study of
Leonardo Da Vinci
We have built parachute models and tested them.
We also have tried writing backwards with our left hands, we have
also made helicopters. Next we will try our hand at painting
frescos, then make catapults.
Super fun.

of fun creating our own little skits.

Writing and Illustrated, K-2 and

A
shared class with Mrs. Bielefield. We are creating
stories each week that are based on a letter of the alphabet in our
quest to create an alphabet book. We are nearly finished.

Music Theater Grade
6-12
Year-long study of
musical theater and performance in June.
Beauty and
the Beast, Jr.
We are so excited to be practicing our lines, singing and
choreography.
It should be an excellent musical.
Put June 5th and June 12th on your calendars to come out and see
Beauty and the Beast.
