Welcome Back Shadow Lake
Families! My name is Suz Chen and I am the School Social Worker covering for Stephanie Christenson this year at Shadow Lake. My role will be identical to Mrs. Christenson’s in that I am here to support both the academic needs and social-emotional development of all students.
Some of my roles include: · Providing classroom support for the Second Step and Steps to Respects programs. · Facilitating small groups on topics such as friendships, problem solving, and coping strategies.

Connecting families and students to community resources.
I am at Shadow Lake on
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday afternoons, but please feel free to
