Requried
parent meeting for 7th and 8th grade players is Thursday November
12th at 4:45; Cedar River Middle School gym. It is required by law
that each parent attend a meeting with the coach to go over
expectations, policies, and the head injury law or you son cannot
play. If you are not able to attend, please contact your son's
coach to make other
arrangements.
Make sure your $50 fee is paid to
your school's cashier by the first game or you cannot play!
Orders for shooting shirts,
sweatshirts, and t-shirts are due by Friday the 13th! The order
form can be found in the Documents section of this
website.
Parents: If you would like to receive updates by
e-mail when games have been cancelled or if there have been changes
made in the schedule; go onto the following website and register
for Tahoma Junior High: www.highschoolsports.net
All practices are held at Cedar River Middle School; athletes will
catch a bus after school, but athletes will need to make
arrangements to be picked up at 5pm everyday.
Home Games:
All of the 7th grade and 8th grade home games
will be played at Tahoma Middle School. The 8th grade games will
begin at 3:45, and the 7th grade games will following the 8th grade
game. Home games on Dec. 8th and Jan.
20th will be played at Tahoma Junior High
School.
Practice Schedule:
Practices are listed in the events section. There are no
practices on 1/2 days, during Thanksgiving Vacation, or during
Winter Vacation.
Athletic
Expectations:
During school, each
athlete is expected to maintain a resepectable grade in all classes
and attend all practices. In addition, an athlete's behavior in
school and the community should positively represent the Tahoma
basketball program.
