Band Students!
I
appreciate your hard work and enthusiasm. We have our spring
performances coming up very soon, so let's keep growing!
Some announcements:
1) Our Middle School Large Group Contest in April went
really well. Congratulations to the 7th grade band for
receiving an "Excellent" rating!
2) 7th Grade band--We now have a firm date for our
elementary band tour: Tuesday, May 29. We will be visiting GPES and
RCES in the morning only. I will be sending home permission slips
shortly.
Upcoming concerts/performances:
Wednesday, May 16: Jazz Band plays for the TSD
Jazz night. 7pm, TMS. Jazz band should arrive at 6:30, dressed in
white and black.
Monday, June 4: Final concert! All bands will
play. 7pm, TMS.
Wednesday, June 6: Jazz Band plays for TMS awards
night. 6:45pm, THS.
